Terms and Conditions

1) Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all goods delivery contracts concluded by a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the "customer") with the seller.

Within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed purposes.

Entrepreneur is the name given to real or legal persons who carry out their commercial or independent professional activities while concluding a legal transaction within the meaning of these terms and conditions.

2) Making the Contract

The product descriptions in the seller's online store do not represent the seller's binding offers, but enable the customer to submit a binding offer. The customer can submit the offer via the online order form integrated into the seller's online shop.

After placing the selected products in the virtual shopping cart and going through the electronic ordering process, the customer submits a legally binding contract offer regarding the products in the shopping cart by clicking the button that terminates the ordering process. In addition, the customer can send her/his offer to the seller by phone, fax, e-mail, post or using the online contact form. The seller can accept the customer's offer within five business days.

Order processing and communication is usually done via email and automated order processing. In order for emails sent by the seller to be received from this address, the customer must ensure that the email address they provide for order processing is correct.

3) Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right of withdrawal.

You can find more information about the right of withdrawal in the cancellation policy.

4) Prices and Terms About Payment

Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, the prices given are total prices inclusive of statutory sales tax. Additional delivery and shipping costs are specified separately in the relevant product description.

For deliveries to countries outside the USA, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs associated with money transfers made by banks (eg remittance fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or other taxes (eg customs duties). Such charges may also arise in relation to a money transfer if the delivery is not made to a non-US country and the customer makes the payment from a non-US country.

The payment option(s) will be communicated to the customer in the seller's online store.

5) Delivery and Shipping Terms

If the seller offers to ship the goods, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer within the delivery area specified by the seller, unless otherwise agreed. When performing the transaction, the delivery address specified by the seller in the order process is decisive.

If the delivery of the goods is unsuccessful for reasons at the customer's own expense, reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result will be borne by the customer. In case the customer uses his right of withdrawal effectively, the arrangement made in the seller's withdrawal policy is valid for the return costs.

If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold passes to the customer as soon as the seller delivers the product to the shipping agent, forwarder or other person or organization responsible for the transportation.

If the customer is acting as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold passes only when the goods are delivered to the customer or an authorized buyer. Unlike this, as soon as the seller delivers the goods to the carrier, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods passes to the customer for the consumers,

6) Procedures for Using Promotional Coupons

Coupons issued free of charge by the seller as part of promotions with a certain validity period and which cannot be purchased by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "promotional coupons") may only be redeemed in the seller's online store and only at the designated location.

Promotional coupons can only be used by consumers.

Individual products may be excluded from the coupon offer if there is a corresponding restriction on the content of the promotion coupon.

Promotional coupons can only be used before the order process is completed.

Multiple promotional coupons cannot be used for an order.

The value of the goods must at least correspond to the amount of the promotional coupon. The remaining credit will not be refunded by the seller.

If the value of the promotional coupon is not sufficient to fill the order, one of the other payment methods offered by the seller can be chosen to cover the difference.

The balance of a promotional coupon is neither paid in cash nor interest.

If the customer returns all or part of the goods paid by the campaign check within the scope of the legal right of withdrawal, the campaign check will not be returned.

Promotional coupon is transferable.

7) Applicable Law

The law of the United States of America, the country of incorporation of our company, applies to all legal relations between the parties, excluding the laws regarding the international purchase of movable goods. This choice of law for consumers is valid only as long as the protection provided by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of habitual residence of the consumer is not revoked.
