Scope of Right of Withdrawal

As our customer, you have the right to receive your money by returning the product you bought without giving any reason within fourteen days.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party who is not the carrier last received the goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement.

To meet the cancellation date, it is sufficient to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you terminate this agreement, we will refund you all payments we received from you, including shipping costs. For the refund, it will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless something else is expressly agreed with you.

After the products you want to return are received by us and their stability is checked, the money back process is carried out. (You are solely responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling other than as necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.)

Exclusion or Premature Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not be exercised in contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or whose expiration date may exceed.

In sealed delivery contracts that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, if the seal is opened after delivery, the right of withdrawal expires before the deadline.

We are obliged to inform you that you cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal in the case of the purchase of personalized products.

General Information

Please take measures to prevent damage and contamination of the product. If possible, please return items to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use appropriate packaging to ensure adequate protection against shipping damage.
